UMM does anyone know what font is this....and how to make that glowing effect?with psp8

i have no clue on either...

i really despise banners like those though...ill keep searching and find the font for you though

i have psp8 but i dont know if youre able to do the glowing effect with it

yea thanksz for the glowing tutorial toya...its just what i wanted..this font is hard to find though
