okay im really bad at explaining this so bear with me.
you know how with an icon, you cant make it so there are several different pictures and it just keeps blinking to the next one? like, a video sorta, only pictures. idk, but does anyone know how to make those? i havent been able to find anything on it..

If you can make an avatar like that using something like ImageReady, which comes with Photoshop, or Animation Shop (or something like that, I dunno) which comes with Paint Shop Pro.

i use animation shop for my image slideshows...try a free trial of paint shop pro from download.com and it comes with animation shop
