it seems all the cute guys in my school are all younger or older. would you date someone younger while your still in grade school? and how young would you go?

I wouldn't date a guy that was like a year younger than me. I find most of them too imature for me. It's hard to find a younger guy thats mature enough.

i know what you mean. the cute guys in my school are in 7th & even 6th! (i'm in 8th) yes it's sad i know. and one of the 6th graders is obsessed with me.. and he doesn't look like a 6th grader AT ALL! (he's actually supposed to be in 7th) but anyways. he's so cute, but i don't know if i would actually date him because of what my friends would say .. i know i shouldn't care but i do when hes soo much younger. me, personally, i wouldn't go any younger than 6th grade.

it's not like i have a set standar. It depends on how old they act. that goes for older guys too. I mean, I'm not gonna date an eleven year old, but yet I'm not gonna date a guy who acts like a 10 year old just because he's my age..=\

I'm like in grade 12 and there's nobody in any of the upper grades to check out considering I am in the highest grade!!! And the guys in my grade aren't that great either...............I end up checking somebody out thats in grade 10.....who first looks older than me and taller than me..........they end up being 2 yrs younger................T+T *feels like a pedafile*.......>_<

well i juss broke up wif my boyf. he was in 7th grade (im in 9th) but he's almost 14. he could be real immature at times. but i would not go younger than 1year and a half. koz like some of u have said. the only hawt ones ar younger or older. and the older ones only usually want sex;sex;sex

Just depends! Most guys are immature to some degree. I always had bad luck when dating older guys. Right now I'm with a guy who is 2 years younger than me, we've been dating for 2 years and I'm absolutely happy with him. He's such a sweetheart! I'll be having to wait for him to graduate though lol. If you are under 18, don't date some guy who's like 5 years older than you, and don't date someone who's 5 years younger than you. That's just from experience with the older part but common sense says you wouldn't date someone who's to young for you.

i couldnt date a guy younger.. i just never go for that for some reason, theyre so immature. i once liked a guy a year younger... but i realized that wouldnt work and so i stopped liking him. and then like 3 months later he asked me out and i was like wtf.. and said no lol. so, no.

I would I don't seea problem with it. Unless you were older (say 30) and you dating like a 15 year old that's just wrong and illegal. But I'm in 9th, he's in 7th. Who cares? As long as he's right for you it doesn't really make a difference.

Maybe from 2 months to a year...Even then, a year makes me weirded out. If the guy is mature; his age won't matter that much.

Hm. It depends. If they're mature enough and stuff. I would go up to just 1 year younger.
