how can i make my text like this with the thick border around the text...in psp8?

.... Does PSP8 have a stroke option? If so, use that.
If not, if you right-click while you're typing, a menu should appear and some type of formatting should be on it. Use that.

.... For that, ignore the 1.0 number and use.... Some number between 5 - 10.

its probably just the font they downloaded that made it look like that...but try the above steps before taking my advice...use me as like a last resort
