Hey guys,

Im applying for this scholarship and i need some help with this topic. the topic is:

Please write an essay that outlines technology advice for entrepreneurs and small businesses. This can include how to guide, tips for businesses, a checklist for purchasing a new technology or any other creative technology advice. (Please no more than 2 pages or 500 words)

So far i have a few ideas in my head. Things like customer satisfaction are key, knowledgeable staff and stuff, but other then that i need some help. Thanxs guys

Since they are small businesses you talk about economic efficiency. They want to be able to make a profit but also be efficient at the same time. Not saying that it's a bad idea but how would customer satisfaction be related to technology advice?
