i downloaded a brush but its a .rar file and i cant use it. its from deviant art. so how would i be able to use it? thanks

ahhh. ok i knew it was familiar. well see i have always known .zip as a compressed file. i dont rlly know all the others lol. thanks. so i just click the links you provided and it will extract all?
