When I watch TV it's usually for ESPN, or whatever channels play King of the Hill and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Psh! There's nothing wrong with Disney! I used to watch that all the time. Hmm...as for me, it's just ABC. I don't watch TV much in general - just ABC for "Alias". I don't like MTV because they brainwash kids, the WB sucks because they cancelled "Angel" and I hate Fox because they didn't air the last episode of "Tru Calling."
Occasionally I watch VH1 because it's quite entertaining.

Mine was TechTV, before G4 took it over. Now I'd have to say ESPN Classic. I mean, who doesn't like watching the Thrilla in Manila over and over again?
