about a store called Hot Topic?? i heard its pretty cool but havent gone yet. My friends are constantly taling about it and it got me wodering. Whats the big deal about it n e way??

Hot Topic's a gothic store. Pretty weird if ya ask me. They sell all that black junk with the red stitches and chains, etc.

i remember when i went into hot topic for the first time `cause my friend wanted to go, and while i got distracted, i lost her, so i was lookin` for her around the store and i couldn`t find her. while i was lookin` for her, some dude that worked there was following me around and when i finally stopped, he asks me, "are you lookin` for something?" lol i got freaked out `cause i thought he was stalking me. turns out my friend was outside.

Hot Topic is kinda cool. I don't really like that style for me but my friends wear clothes from there. I get my shoelaces there though..

Hot Topic is a great store. If you are curious about what sort of merchandise they carry go to the website. You could easiely find it by typing Hot Topic into a search.

yeah ive been there. i had to buy a fishnet top for part of dance costume.

I pass by the store, but I never venture inside. Besides, with a store called Foot Locker right next to it, I'd just head in there and look at the Nike's.

of course i've heard of hot topic =) i bought shirts, and armwarmers from there. i love it. and the people who work there are extremely nice. i was talking to one of the guys that work there, and we talked about how he felt kinda sick.

I used to go to Hot Topic all the time to get earring gages, clever t-shirts, beanies, wristbands, wallets, and so forth. It's really mainly, I think, for the more skateboarder/gothic/stoner people. They sell shit like drug t-shirts and band t-shirts, stuff of that nature. Really cool store, I'm even wearing my "Whore Master" beanie I got there.

I think I've seen the store in a magazine advertisement. Looks kinda freaky to me.

i never went there but i've passed by it many times... my teacher said that some kids in the high schools near my town by their PROM clothes there

um. i go into hot topic every time i go to the mall. its not scary. wtf. and how the he!l is it a prep area??? the other day, i went to the mall, and the preps were daring each other to go into the store. i mean, come on. that is so stupid. i like their mascara and eyeliner stuff...i like their clothes and armwarmers. i LOVE their pins and wristbands. heck, i like everything in Hot Topic! but i guess it is pretty much an area for punk/goth/skater people, even though i don't like to label myself.

I've been in there once, and I don't understand why people would want to wear those kinds of clothes. I'm all for being an individual, but please, could you lighten up on the black and the studs?

ok Hot Topic was originally a Punk/Goth store where you could buy Shirts of GOOD BANDS like Led and The Doors but now it has turned into a SIMPLE PLAN and GOOD CHARLOTTE warehouse eghh I still go there to buy some Napolean Dynamite shirts and lunch boxes but It has turned into a disgrace to the whole rock society

At first I was really scared of that store. I never dared going in there before. But then when I had to buy a superhero tee-shirt; I had no choice but to get it in there. So yeah. Hahaha. Although it seemed fine, it still freaked me out. Which is ironic. Hehehe...

hot topic is in a lot of places. i dont live in the states, they dont have hot topic in taiwan, and even i've heard of it.
