I don't want one until I can drive. My friends all have them and I think it's pointless. When I can drive I want one in case of an emergency, but until then, I don't want one.

I had one. It was really cute and very small. I mean I have one, but no comment abou it. But cell phones are pointless. I mean I used to think, oh my gosh I really want one, but I mean, it makes us more dependent of our parents. I know I'm contradicting myself but honestly, it's so annoying when you see middle schoolers and high schoolers using it constantly and in between periods. It's for emergencies and they don't give a hoot because they are not paying for it. It's all the parent's fault. When I had mine I used it for emergencies...I mean I use it for emergencies (long story...that's why I'm using past and present tense...I'm not sure if I still have it ). That's just my opinion. I have a cell phone but I don't abuse the fact that I do, and I don't use it to brag. Emergencies only...I don't know where it is...gotta find it. Bye!

I've got a Nokia 3586i. It's not the most advanced technology. But you have to understand I live in Kansas where we just finally begun getting CDMA service, and GSM is still very spotty.

PWAHHAHAHA. im 11 and i get a cellphone! i actually got it when iw as 10 tho. its a sony ericsson t300 that has an attachable camera, color, games, free weekends. but its not flippy. once in the middle of class it started ringing and i thought oh shnapperumsz. luckily my teacher was nice.
