We can only submit skins to become official designers, why can't sending tutorials count?

i guess because skins are a major part of createBlog? and maybe because jusun (micron) thought it would be easier for people to make 7 skins instead of 7 tutorials. <_<

I really don't know why. I agree with Frankie though, it's easier to make a skin then to get a script that hasn't been submitted or a good tutorial.

Oh, I forgot to add. If you can design and code a skin, you're more likely to help others with it than getting posting up a code you could have copied and pasted.
