I'm one of those running freaks who has to run everyday just because, I'm like a running addict now ever since the track season ended. But it's RAINING outside! Do any of you know any good cardio workouts you can do inside a house?
We have a treadmill, but they don't give me that feeling that you're working hard enough. And I would run outside in the rain anyway, but everytime I do, I get sick. I don't want that.
So, indoor cardio workouts please?
