i heard that if u pop a few advils a few days before your cramps, it won't hurt anymore. anyone try this? what do u do?

Feh. Honestly I think that the whole Advil thing is a personal thing.. I mean. It probably only works for certain people, everyone's body is different.. Some may not have cramps.. others it may be a waste of Advil.. I take meds for mine when I feel a cramp coming on.. Only then though..

advil doesnt help me. so i go through the pain.. blahh

i don't think i ever had cramps....but if i did...i am use to the pain so i can handle it

anyway is advil that pill for cramps? or somethign else cause if it is for something alse then it sounds dangerous

i take like 3 or 4 ibuprofen and i am fine

it can work but, not for everybody. some girls need stronger things

i take aleve when i feel cramps coming

i get the kind where u feel like your'e dying... get really hot and cry ur eyes out..

SOo.. my doctor said to take midol a few days earlier like u said. i guess it works but i never know 2 days in advance. i heard if u take 5 midol and drink coke u get high. dont over-dose

Whenever i have cramps i take ibuprofen...always works for me!...Thank goodness.

i dont really get cramps (knock on wood =]) but i usually will drink hot tea, rest, take tylenol etc ..try the hot tea it works for me! =]
