it's only purpose is too edit and tweak pictures.
other from that you cant make anything from scratch like adobe photoshop
another cool feature is you could locate all pictures on your computer even some you've forgotten

and you can also send any of your pictures straight to your blogger blog.
it's good for seeing all your pictures.
