My best friend who is 17 and she dated this guy who is 27. Which mean it is illegal.They have sex and she is now pregnant. From day one till the end this guy cheated on her. Now this guy is being a bitch not try to responsible so i have to help her pay for the abortion? Should my friend press charge on him but she gonna have the abortion soon, so what kind of evidence you need to press charge on him? What is the max he have to be in jail? If pressing charge will my friend's parent be involve? She is scare to have her parent know about it. Or should my friend threaten him for money? How much should she ask for? Thank you

Yea it's free with the health care card i think, but the thing is she doesn't want her parent to know. Well, I think you should..press charges against him. Technically it IS illegal, so you have every right. But, however I don't believe in abortion. I think she should just have the kid and put him/her up for adoption..oh yeah btw, theres no way she can possibly hide this from her parents. At least not that I know of.
