I was wondering if anyone knows a good script library where you can find a css storyteller or w/e.........to create the generators you find on some sites.

Download and try SimpleCSS. Its a free software that has lotz of WYSIWYG features in it.

FYI: This software can be installed on a media drive (I installed on my mini.) and works fine. Its small in size and no windows registry required. ;)
