i think u missudersood,flash as in video,for example:instead of reading what to do,it shows u what to do in video format.

soo basically you want an FLASH VIDEO tutorial which you didnt state above.

i would say try the flash website . because most likely that would be the only place were you can get one free.

.... No one would do that. That would take up far too much space on a server, causing the page to exxced bandwith, with nobody wants. That's why barely anyone has video anything. Even if they do, you usually have to use BitTorrent to dowload it..... The best you're gonna get is one with a lot of pictures.
