I think you should work on the background a little bit more, the cut isn't good, and increase the opacity of your patterns. Add a black border outside the white border.

Glad you took my advice on increasing the opacity of the patterns; it looks better. The cut is still horrible though...plus you should cut out that extra hand or something.
