Just tell him you haven't made out before. It's nothing to be ashamed of. And if he doesn't respect that, then he doesn't deserve to go out with you. And if he really likes you, then he wouldn't care if you haven't made out before. Just ask him to take things slow. If he wants to be in a relationship, then making out shouldn't be top priority.
