First of all, you don't need to learn HTML to make graphics. I suggest you just play around with the filters and go to tutorial sites to learn.

all you need is time and a creative mind and a layout and time to do html

They are good there are alot more tho.

i'd say conquer the easier first. that being psp. google for free tutorials. there are a zillion out there as a vast amount of filters available for this particular program. you will see that its pretty easy after a while. all things come with practice.

as far as html. i can only tell you. praise you. ha. i still can't get html correct and find it to be a huge mass of frustration on my part.

i suggest use tutorials just try all kine stuff and im sure you will get it sooner or latter!
