I'm taking my brothers to the Green Day show in Kansas City tomorrow because they really wanted to go.

As an only mild Green Day fan, will their superior live talents make it a pleasureable outgoing for me, or will I be disappointed?

Or do any of you know?

All I can say is that I heard Green Day perform on SNL live once, and Billie Joe's voice sounded flatter and worse than the way he does on CD. That's just how I felt.

By the way, not to be nitpicky or anything, but it's "skeptical"...

Meh. I've heard they put on a good show, so it should be mildly entertaining. Blah. I'm like...anti-Green Day now. But. Have fun.

When the heck did this happen? Gosh I'm slow on these things.

Anyway, I've never been a huge Green Day fan, but from what I've seen, they're pretty good live, so it shouldn't be a total bore.

My sister is going to Green Day concert at September. She went to one last year. And she's going again because she LOVES Green Day. Anyways my sister told me they were great in LIVE. I heard them on Live too... but on television only hahahahaha. But they are good!

I tend to prefer their slower, more thought out songs, like Wake Me Up When September Ends, and We Are the Waiting.

Thanks for the input, though. The show's tonight. If nothing at all, it'll be another concert experience.

yeah i'm not the BIGGEST green day fun, but i do like them...i'm going in september and they came last year and some of my friends went then and said they put on a good show. *shrug*

from what i have heard, they have slash have had some really good concerts. but i am sure that you won't be bored considering it is a concert!

This is why I dont listen to radio/ watch music channels.

Well, despite all the attention they've been getting lately, that doesn't change the fact that they play a kick ass live show.
