you've gotta tell us what makes him mad at her.
the best is to ask him to talk to her about it, and not butt in since you're not part of this relationship. just watch what your friend does, and give him advice on it.

more info please but as of now, the girl should talk to the boy... then again i did the same thing to these two boys that liked me, i was sooo mean to them i totally ignored them and teased them... they then stopped liking me untill the month was over lol....

What he could do:
1.) move on and forget about her..
2.) work out the problems that they have together...and just talk to her about what she does that gets him really mad..
