Depends on how and when they're doin it
if its directed at me like " you f*ckin pu**y" then no.
but if its like " i want to f*ck u" then yes did that make sense?
and if its like " f*ck i stubbed my F*ckin toe!" then who cares

I cuss, but not like most people. I do it conversationally. Like, it doesnt even come off as offensive. Most people dont notice it. Cuz I'm not like, hey you stupid F*CKER!!! What the F*CK were you not thinking you SH*THEAD!?!??! I'm like, dude, thats f*ckin cute I'm gonna tell my mom. Its like..did she just cuss? Yeah. I use em just like any other word. People are too scared of profanity. As long as you don't make yourself sound stupid, I think its okay no matter if you are male or female.

I cuss a lot, I do it many times. But not in an appropriate way though. Hahaha. I believe that it's a part of everybody, it's not like you mean it, it just comes out right off your mouth. No one can help it. If you make a mistake, you just accidentally cuss. Also, it's not like it's against the law, you're not being deprived of your free will to do things you do. It's legitimate to say things, as long as you don't hurt anyone emotionally in the process. Hahahaha.
I don't know if guys think it's a turn off for them, but be realistic when you think about. The fact is, everyone does it, if not infront of your parents, then surely behind them.

I have a high respect for both of my parents, that is also why I never cussed right in front of them.

I don't mind it. But I hate it when it's like every other damn word. It's like "I hate that mother f*cker son of a bitch. She such a stupid whore and that mother f*cked should be f*cked up her f*cking ass." You know.. It just gets annoying. My friend (aka my sister since we've been friends for forever) has a friend like that. It's soooo annoying. And get this... HER NAME IS ANGEL! Right.... She's pretty ugly, too.

Not to be mean.

it really is a turn-off for me i guess. i like clean innocent girls cos they're so cute. ^-^ like i said before, it just shows that they lack knowledge of better words, or they aren't refined enough. = \ if they're actually talking about the f-verb synonymous to "romp" or organic waste, i don't mind the language; but such expletives are totally unnecessary.

If you're with a friend relating a story that includes say, an unfortunate incident and you say, 'That's fukked!' ...nothing wrong at all with that because the use of profanity in that manner is just a normal response. Yes, you could just as easily say, 'That's awful!' but its been a normal response to use profanity in certain situations for a very, very long time, regardless of your gender.
Please remember that it was the tite-ass WASP rulers that set the agenda for women, laying down ridiculous social values that they females were supposed to adhere to and which many in the Conservative Christian Right (US Government) would like to return to; but of course the 'rules' were different for men. The emasculation of women, especially from the 1960's onwards changed all of that.
People that deliberately swear in an aggressive manner in public are just pathetic attention whores. By coincidence it tends to be chav scum teens and will just as likely be girls as it will be guys, because they are uneducated trash that can only justify their existences via excessive displays of really boorish behaviour: bad language, provocation and fighting, public drunkenness, lewd and disgusting behaviour, etc.
If its in a private establishment such as a bar or club...who cares? But in public in front of parents with kids. Just foul.
Girls using words with sexual connotations in a sexually provocative manner to elicit a response from their partner, male or female, is an incredible turn on and is completely appropriate. That I luv!!
Peace Out

The most profanity I use is when I'm typing. I was raised to be a gentlemen so I try to hold my tongue to prevent any obscenities around girls. If a girl does it, its not so mucha turnoff, its just unladylike. If she doesn't, great. If she does from to time to time, even better; it lets me know she's human.

Well, is natural, people can't help themselves when things come out of their mouth. If she's doing it frequently and is hurting someone, that is a TURN OFF..., and other than that how she is, you can't change a person...

i curse a lot...or at least i used to. i still curse more than most girls i THINK.
i hang out with a bunch of guys a lot because most of my girl friends dont have my frees or lunch period. i used to curse a LOT, until a bunch of them really came up to me and told me that they'd appreciate it if i didn't do it as much. i think it bothered them, or just annoyed them, i dunno which. but i figured i'd stop anyway, because it's not exactly like its a great thing to always do. i cursed in front of my teachers wayyy too many times.

Our foul language is only foul through the evolution of linguistics.
Example: Damn. (the damned, eternal damnation, damn! [as a playful exclamation {1700s}])
As a kid, I would get pinched, popped, scolded, etc for saying it. But little by little, the word isn't being looked at as such a horrible thing.
f**k was once a word that meant you did something with force. (Oh its done with force alright

). Now, the word is just as foul as Chewbaccas bathroom.
Personally, foul language of any kind is 'improper,' but, enter the logistics. So, who's to say whats improper or whats not?

Brandon, that's a very well iterated argument for the purity of language from an objective point of view and I applaud you for it.
But from an everyday subjective point of view, unless ones family and friends are all chav scum that use "fuckk, cuntt, motherf**ker" etc. as often as they do the words "the, it, and" etc. in public, society will not find it acceptable. It shows a lack of self respect as well as respect for others.
Use of expletives is common place and this is as you stated due to the evolution of language, but that does not excuse people to use any language they want to use in any given situation; if you're out with your family and you walk past a group loudly swearing, obviously for the sake of it, for attention, don't you just feel disgusted? I do.
Here in the UK they are finally introducing legislation which means that groups congregating in Malls will be ejected for acting in this manner in addition to not being allowed to wear baseball caps with hoodies pulled up to deliberately hide their faces from CCTV while they wreak havoc.
About time too!
Sexually suggestive language is very, very erotic in the bedroom tho!!
Peace Out
