Well I was contemplating where to put this topic but I figured since it has to do more with entertainment then this would be the best place to put it.

I have to do a project on a Band or Artist ( Can be any genre.. basically anything )

I just need some suggestions on any good appropriate bands or artists that I can find alot of information on and what not.

uh. uh. uhhhh.. ashlee simpson? rarely of her songs curse, and she has a problem. everybody says she lip syncs. but I saw the ashlee simpson show. pshya.

the ramones.

they were original but yet people didnt really like their music then. they had a hard time. after a while other bands copied their style liek the the clash and the sex pistols. ... and umm the ramones became very influential. they started out in the 70's and people still listen to their music... so that has to say something, right?

they've been here long. and all of a sudden, they're like the biggest music artist. o.O and before people didn't even know there was a band called green day. >.<

Ella Fitzgerald ... a lot of jazz artists like Jelly Roll Morton, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, just to name a few.

i had to do a project on a band/musician too. it sounds really similar.
i did nelly.. other people did ashlee simpson, christina aguilera, blink 182, yellowcard, jojo, alicia keys.. pretty much anyone famous right now.
