To answer the question (even though it's posted somewhere) NO she is not a transgender. Ciara is a woman and has always been a woman. That was just a stupid rumour spread by someone who obviously has nothing better to do.

Ciara was not a man. It was another Ciara that went on Oprah and talked about herself [Not Ciara as in the singer] being a hermaphrodite. Not Singer Ciara, but Another Ciara. Someone probably mixed that up and thought it was our beloved Ciara lol and there is one topic about this, and 2 other ones that were closed so expect this one to be closed.
