hey. so when u go to a shop and to try on bras, u get tons of them and put them on in a tiny cubicle for like 5 seconds.

how do u know that they really fit?

i heard that if u lift ur arms up, and it moves, it doesnt fit, but what else is there? becuz a lot of the time, a go home, put a bra on for a while, and find out its completely the wrong size.

you just know if it moves or lot..or you push the bra pad against your boob and see how much space is there betwween

if it's the right size your breasts sits nicely in them or something. and you can tell if it's too big or too small. like wht you said lift up your hands and if the bra slips up then it's def. to big

Just have someone measure you, then you decide. Every brand fits differently though, so usually have to find one that fits & stick with it. :)

If it rides up your back, then it doesn't fit correctly. I think that means it's too big for you? But I'm not sure. Also, when you try on a bra, bend forward and let your breasts fall natually into the cups. The center of the bra should lay flat against your breastbone. It shouldn't gap at all. Make sure the cups are smooth, too. If it looks wrinkly, then it's too big. Hmm, I think I knew one more way to tell if it fits, but it slipped my mind.... =\

Edit- Oh yeah. I remember now. If the bra sits on top of your breast tissue, then it doesn't fit either.

haha, well, mine sure moves, lol. it's so annoying, I have to adjust it but I don't have any choice, my boobs are tini, AA so ya...the boobs arn't big enough to really hold down the bra. bah. anyway, they're fine, if they get a itni bit bigger they'll fit inot the bra much better.

just get one of the salespeople to measure you.

theres a gap between ur boob and the bra, it means its too big. if ur boob is popping out of the bra like crazy its too small

It fits if your boob doesnt over lap the top of the bra .

if it leaves indentations on your shoulder it doesnt fit..if you lift your arms and it rides up it doesnt fit.
