I think you should just be comfortable with what you have. Having a small bust doesn't make you unsexy. In fact, you should be happy to be able to wear some clothes that women with large busts can never wear. The only reason that you should ever think about altering your breast size is if that it's damaging your health and comfort. And by HEALTH I don't mean SEX LIFE, lol.
