I was wondering if you guy`s knew any exercises on how to tighten your lower ab`s. Like i do 500 situps at least 3 days a week but it only tightens the higher ab`s. Any advice? <333

I used to have fitness last term in school, so I know one but I don't really know what it's called:

1) Sit down the the floor with your legs out and your hands on the floor behind you. (Like shoulder width apart, not together behind your back.)
2) Make sure your legs are together. Lift your knees up towards your chest (but not touching your chest).
3) Then stick your legs out in front of you. Don't touch the floor.
4) Repeat several times.

Those are really good for your lower abdominals but they're really tiring.
