aite lets see.. last summer.. i was weak.. these are my recored max that my coach took.
my max.. (last summer)
weight: 130lbs
bench 135
squat 255
pull ups 10
now this year here are my new results =]
weight: 130lbs
bench: 185
squat: 275
pullup: 15
i maintained the same weight and got stronger =] w00t

good for you but if you didn't gain any weight, than doesn't that mean that you didn't gain muscle either?

I worked out for the past 3 months and my bench went up 40 lbs... =) But still not much though... >__<
There was a bench contest here recently and this guy in the 125-140 weight class benched 235 (almost 245) and he weighed 139... O_o didnt even look big at all... haha XD

that's weird .. maybe he turned tha extra fat that he had in his body into muscle ?
