how do you make a picture in to a .wad file in adobe photoshop

I don't think photoshop supports that.

Yeah I never even heard of the word, .wad... are you sure it's photoshop? because I don't think I ever seen the word .wad when I save something there. Maybe you are telling us the wrong photoshop or is this some kind of a joke?
