First of all, you need to have the graphic program. I suggest you get Adobe Photoshop and when you get it, install. When you start, you should click on File>>New>>then the size. You just play around with brushes and filters and you should get it. You should look for some tutorial sites to help you.

if you have the programs photoshop, paintshop pro then use those but if you dont or if you want something easy use paint (i think everyone has that)...then if you decided to use photoshop/paint shop pro then look on the internet for tutorials....and then when your done designing you banner then upload it to PHOTOBUCKT or another uploading site......WELL I HOPE YOU GET IT...
