it doesn't have to be big, it's the thought that counts.
make her something, or just get her a teddy bear

it kind of depends on her age and how long you two have been dating...

Give her a card with a teddy bear either holding a rose or a bag of candy.

buy her a dozen roses, and stuffed teddy bear with a card saying how much you love her; but then the best gift would be from the heart

get her a 7 pack of edible underwear and say, "u know, there are seven days in a week babe. *wink wink nudge nudge*"
and dude. what is wrong with u. promising ur gf u'd get her a gift? IT'S A GIVEN DAMMIT. OTHERWISE, DAMN, UR A CRAP ASS BF.
anywho. i dunno. the whole teddy bear + roses routine seems so..so...cliche. ya kno? 52 bucks is a lot of cash. it's not about the price of the gift. it's about the meaning of it. so think about what she holds really dear, and iono, get her a gift that has to do with what she really cares about. try to think outside of the box. it'd mean a lot more i guess.
