Yes. making a banner. You open up your paint program whatever that might be design an image that is the size you want. You save the picture upload it and use the <img src tag to place it on your site. This question is all over Xanga Help try looking around for more info.

A lot of people are asking these questions and I will say the same thing I said before. You need a graphic program first of all, I suggest you use Adobe Photoshop, then you just play around with the filters and you will get better and better. If you need some help, go to some graphic tutorial sites and they will help you.
