I was just wondering, since I have scars and all. Would you seriously go out w/ a girl even if she has a scar on her face? I've heard from a lottah guys that they wouldn't go out for. AND the fact that most girls don't have any scars and whatnot. So I was just wondering.. blink.gif

sure why not...not all people are shallow ya know. there are more to people than just their outward appearances.
aera
most guys say they go for personality than looks. but then, they can be all lying.

Well, you gonna have to be in the situation where this question could be a reality, such as @ school or work and then its if he has shown an interest in you that you interpret as him wanting to go out with you so it will be down to his personal interpretation of your disfigurement. If he finds it gross then it aint gonna fly..if not then go for it.

But theres not many guys who would intentionally go out with a girl who is severely disfigured unless that is really of no concern to them. Depends on the level of disfigurement i spose. But your 'friends' are pretty brutal lol.

Edit. I voted yes, but it does depend on how bad.
f0nx
Yea...as long as it's minor?
Guhk
youll find someone out there. you probably wont be able to get the guy of your dreams, but someout out there thinks youre beautiful.

it also depends on these scars youre talking about. how large are they, and how many are there?

Let me tell you something. If a guy likes you, but he won't go out with you because of a scar on your face, then I wouldn't feel too bad. Then at least you know when you find someone, they like you for you. If it was a situation like that for a guy, I wouldn't really mind. I guess it depends on the size/looks of it for different people.

Man. Scars shouldn't matter at all.
Of course I would.
dahding
pshaw. why would scars matter? i'd love her for who she is, not what she looks like.
Levy2k6
yea yea the personality thing but im a guy that likes cute faces so idk..

it depends.. tho.
Eryi
Yeah, not all girls have scars. It matters about the inside.
BeyondElite
It depends. The only thing matters the most, for me, is their personality. _smile.gif

Depends. If it's all over, then no. if it's minor one or two, yes. are you talking about acne scars? or scars from surgeries or something? either way, i think there are things to remove them.
Chii
i personally would not mind if you're missing an eye or a nose or something, the more i get to know and like someone the more beautiful they are to me. i used to think that my current boyfriend was really ugly when we were just friends/just met...but now he's just the sexiest thing i've ever seen dribble.gif

if that's a picture of you in your avatar i don't think people will mind about your scars...i don't see any. but deep down...we all know that if there's a big scar in the middle of your face most people would just walk away. sure people say that personality beats physical beauty but your first impression is what gets to people...usually people don't want to associate with people who are physically messed up.

people are horrible sometimes...

I'm modifying this for my gay self. Yes I would go after a guy even if he had scars on his face. I don't think something like that matters
dELiRiOUS8o8
you should go for a guy who loves you and everything about you.
because you are you; and thats all you'll ever be.
brand0n
yes, there is a girl in our school who has a big birthmark on her face and its really red and bumpy and stuff and it looks like she was burned in a fire but she is still amazingly pretty and nice
Le_Jay
Depends on how big/what kind of scar it is... I mean, if someone had cancerous growths all over her face... But if it was just a slash down a cheek for example, I wouldn't really mind if they were pretty otherwise.
yupimchuck
What kind of scars?
literemix24
Like as in..a slash? a line on her face. lol
