well, i was thinking the other day about today's fashion trends. i mean there are the huge vintage sunglasses, pointy toed heels, coach bags...the list goes on forever. but my question is, do you follow the latest trends, or do you bacially follow a trend of you own, and just buy whatever you feel like buying, or just figure that fashion repeats itself anyway, so why bother?

i just buy whatever there is. i dont care what people say. i have my own sense of style.

i dont like following trends. i like to buy plain t-shirts and customize them myself rather than have a shirt that 20 other girls already have at my school.

every now and them i'll see something in one of those "trendy" magazines and say "oh! i like that!" and buy something similar to it bu i try not to follow the trends.

I don't even know what the latest trends are so i guess i don't follow them but i kinda wish i had a pair of those vintage sunglasses because they look kinda cool.

well i may follow a bit the trend and create my own style by mix and match my new and old clothes !

if i see something thats trendy and i like it, i buy it. if i see something that i like thats not trendy, i buy it. so basically, if i see something i like, i buy it. if my mom lets me.

hm, if i see something i like thats in fashion, cool. if not, oh well, i'll still like it.

I usually put the fashion trend toward my own style but as far as anything Im a pack rat so anything from years ago hmm comes up out of no where for different outfits..

no, because i really very rarely like whats trendy. im more into simplicity anyway. jeans and a solid color shirt plus some interesting jackets is all i really need

I always try to be myself when it comes to fashion trends.When I notice something geting really popular i try to drop it like its hot (LoL).

i dont really follow the trend. it's way too expensive, and it's getting uglier and uglier. i'll stick to anything that looks nice and is comfortable.

not usually. Once in awhile, but not because it is a trend. Only because i like it.

At times, like if i see a girl with nice boots, and then i see them again and again, i'll buy them; not because alot of people are wearing them, it's because i like them. I wear what i like, and sometimes the latest trends aren't even all that. What has this world come to?

People should want to look different and unique. Sometimes..it's cool to pay attention to the lattest trends, but add your own touch to make it different. Weird isn't always bad, unless you just want to fit in with the crowd. Colors that "dont go together" might actually go together in a way. In some cases, the mixing of the texures is more important...But you be the judge. If you like it, wear it. If you like where the trend is going, go ahead, but add your own thing to make it "you."

i like buying things that are basically "in fashion", but i usually put a total twist on it so it doesnt look like it. hehe

dunno. i guess people see somthing that they think looks nice, and copy it. then their is the group right after them that dosn't think that it looks that nice, and buys it anyway, and it goes on and on and on.

Eh. I really just combine some of the new fashion trends with old trends/ stuff I have. I won't buy something I don't like though. Sorta like just because pnchos are in, doesn't mean I'll wear it. I actually find them ugly. I like my style. Sometimes I can be grungy and sometimes I can look girly. It works out for me.

I wouldn't say im very unique and different..but i definately wouldnt say i follow the trend either. Obviously i notice what other people wear, but i have to think its nice and like it myself to buy it AND ofcourse at a reasonable price. (which doesnt usually work out for me since trendy stuff are WAY over the top expensive but in crappy material). I buy what looks good on me, which may not always be in a trend.
