Hey guys,

I've been listening to the radio alot latley, and it seems as thought alot of the songs I hear are the so similar... Its either about the same subject, or has the same beat, or that same song over and over again... Its really rare for me to find a good radio station that plays good hits and dont actually overplay them.

I've also noticed that alot of bands and artists are starting to lose their touch in the music industry. Good Charlote may be a huge band now, but their first album was way better. Same thing goes for other bands like Blink 182, Green Day, and Simple Plan. songs are starting to get to trendy. Even the rap artsits are starting to lose it... I never really liked snoop dog but his recents hits like that new one with Justin Timberlake are just not cool anymore.

I dont know if its just me but i think the music we hear everyday is just starting to get boring. Anyone else think so?

I agree with you completely especially when it comes to rap. I love hip hop. But its all the same. Granted some of the beats are tight but its all sounding the same. Actually no artist as of late has peaked my interest out of the ordinary.

I deffinatly agree with you. I can't stand to listen to the radio anymore. Its all the same beat, same "story" line of the song, and a lot of the time, the same song played ove and over again.

Couldn't be further from the truth, comrade.
In England, our music is scene is so outstandingly fresh and brilliant, it feels like a revolution sometimes. Our underground scene in Bath isn't what I would say to be thriving, but with new bands such as Bloc Party, Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand, Razorlight, Futureheads (British?), etc. its hard not to be excited.

the songs don't sound similar, they just suck.

I don't listen to the radio that much anymore...
