It should automaticly show your subscribers on the left side.
I think there is no code for that.

I don't think there's a code for that. You can only display it automatically if you're using the regular modules, but I guess that wouldn't work since you're making a custom layout.

I don't think i know. I think if you put that layout it will not appear.
Maybe you should ask someone else because i have no knowledge about this subject.
