That D's problem. If she doesn't wanna talk to A, it's D's problem. I had the same situation before, one of my "ex-friends" wouldn't talk to me when I tried to talk to her. She kept walking away. Just tell A to ignore D. D's a jerk.

D just has to realize that she/he is losing a friend. D isn't a really good friend either. so i guess the best is for A to find new friends.

since i was kind of in the same situation i say, everyone come together and try to fix things up..if that doesnt work, then i guess everyone just form their own groups...

That's really confusing. Do what Kiera said, try using fake names instead of using the letters of the alphabet. From what it sounds like though, D is the bad one out of all of this. I had lots of drama like this with a group of friends a while back. We kind of separated from each other, but we're all still friends. Except for one *cough*, she's like your friend who's " D". Anyway, just find some new friends that will be better to you. Hope that helps.
