if u have photoshop, u probably have imageready, use it. u can't use photoshop cause itz not an animation program, use imageready.
There are several free (or free trial) animated image editors out there such as Microsoft GifAnimator (forgot other names, sorry)...
Which version of photoshop do you have? 7.0 package came with Adobe Image Ready and that's also one of the best animated image editors.

*sigh* I wish Adobe made that program isntead of Jasc... so then they woulda bundled it up w/ Photoshop.. cause OMG.. that program is like.. HEAVEN
