I have been searching, and googling a search, for a tutorial on vectoring in photoshop cs, but i havent been very successful. So could any one be of assistance and help me. If you know of one, just let me know thanks.

Vectoring (well, vexeling, to be PC) on Photoshop is basically the same in any version, and is very similar to vectoring on Illustrator. Check the Big Book of Resources for vectoring tutorials (it is grouped in its own category).

^ That tutorial is for Illustrator. She has Adobe CS. They're not the same.
