hmm well you could get a personal trainer. it requires money but people who try them out usually get some pretty good results. Also examine you eating habits...dont starve yourself but try putting healther foods into your diet like veggies and fruits.

Well, running/swimming really helps me.. there's been many topics you can refer to to get more information. here's just a few:

ah yes...this my kinda thread :)

If you said your stomach was ur worst area, i would say that you should do about 15 min of stomach excercises daily and atleast 15 min of cardio. Just that will help you alot. the running will actually help ur lower abs get in shape, but as for stomach excercises..there are a few things you could do. go to the store and get the pilates tape. it really works ur stomach and you get pretty fast results. but if you basically run for about 15 min then you will lose alot of weight. but if you are really worried about ur stomach, and don't wanna get the tape, then get online and look up stomach excercises like Reverse curls and such...:) Hope that helped. Oh, and of course watch what you eat....cut down on carbs and sweets. Eating fruit is good :) hehe
