At some all male schools there was something like this guy trying to hump (gross I know) another guy in the showers after gym class when the guy bent down to reach something so I think it means like dont get humped by a sicko....lol

What it means is "Don't mess up". It's an idiotic saying, and if you ever repeat it in front of me, I will have to bitch slap you like a girl.
hmm.. It seems like it's similar to the "Don't let the cat out of the bag" term. I'm sure it's a simple answer. Trying googling it if it's so bothersome to you.
It is referring to how many guys get raped when they go to jail...most commonly in the shower.

yeah, i read a book about a guy that got sentenced to prison for ten years and that was something that was mentioned in there

hahaha...that reminds me. one of my friends is required to join the singapore military for 2 years. he told me that when he goes to shower, he's going to bring 2 binders. one to carry in front of him, and one behind.
