Hi. I really need help, ok. I was trying to open Photoshop 7 and it said "could not initialize photoshop all scratch disks are full". What do I do? I can't open up Photoshop.

Clean all the crap outta your comp, because it bogs your computer down. If you really need the files, save 'em to disk to make space.

do what ^ said .. and maybe re install it?

Re-installing it wouldn't help much if your scratch disks were full... This is a memory-releated problem, and thus you need to create memory to alieviate the problem.
Another solution I didn't mention is that you could purchase another, external hardrive to create more memory space.
