There is no best because they all suck... with exception of Luda. He flows really well. The rest of the artists you listed are a joke.

Ludacris. Most of the people you listed, I don't know. And the rest, they're not good.

I chose Ludacris. It was a tough choice between him and T.I. But I chose Ludacris becaused they battled each other out on a song and LUDA just did T.I. dirty.

Lil' John is not a rapper hes a producer. And, don't sleep on his production. Whats heard on mainstream is fairly mediocre but a lot of his beats are damn good. Still, he can't hold a dime to David Banner.

Agreed. He's the best thing that came out of the South. I'm not really into any other artists from there. And I love that he's got his own unique style and is not afraid to experiment, he's a breath of fresh air to hip-hop.

Andre is nothing compared to Big Boi. Andre is starting to scare me now.
