huh?? flash then why dont u use micromedia flash?? o maybe animation shop or image ready?? those come with paintshop pro and photoshop7

...im not mad though...ill just tell you clearly,is there like a flash on the internet where you can edit images?what i mean by that is someone that made created interactive flash that lets you edit images.
