wut other software there is to make banner? other than adobe and easier or any other software?

You can use Jasc Paint Shop Pro and its pretty much like Adobe Photoshop. I think he used Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

uhm.. i need help with how that guy up there "freestyled0rkling" made the words like "you blind me with your love.." it has that white border around it.. i want to learn how to make different colored borders around the text... do you think you can help me?
