I feel like only the new york kids know what I mean.

i used to love handball when i was in ny, but i don't think anyone in toronto knows it. crap.

urm - i don't think we have that in england - we probably have something similar though. but u guys don't have rugby do u? what about hockey(not on ice) or netball?

we played it in elementary school in my old school with tennis balls! haha

and i have a "real" ball because my cousin gave me one last time we went to new york. i wasn't good... my hands were like, burning haha.

yeah i know right?? i remember we played it all the time in ny as a kid.....but here in VA most kids dont know it, and they call it wall ball or something...

i remember we played different types....there was standard American handball, and Chinese handball....and Asses Up....lol...do any of u remember those..?

Oh? I never knew mostly people from NY play handball. I thought alot of people knew what it was. That really shocked me.

yeah...i think i used to play handball in elementary school but i'm not sure...and yeah, i know what you mean about being the only one to know a certain game. i am like the only person at my school who knows how to play spades!

A lot of colleges have rugby in America--in fact, it's very popular as a women's sport here, probably due to a law known as Title IV which requires equal sports funding for men and women.

As for not-ice hockey ( ), I believe you mean something similar to field hockey in America, which we have; but unlike the rest of the world, field hockey in America is primarily a women's-only sport, and has very little body contact--definitely much less than how the rest of the world plays field hockey.

As for this thread, do you mean handball as in the sport that is played in the Olympics that is similar to soccer (aka football), but the ball is carried rather than kicked?

I played it in boston with my friends..... it was fun... my dad introduced it to us, and he's from Long Island, so tht's where we got it from..... wasn't real popular, but was fun

oh, i live in cali and I used to play handball all the time. haha, good stuff.

I used to play handball every morning with Jue (RoarxD) Then we became lazy, and just sat down and ate each time.

hmm....in sf we called it wallball, but I'm guessing it's the same thing.. :S

I'm starting to play again. Oh the rush I get.

Oh HELLS YEAH, handball! I was baller at that, I'm not going to lie. I basically played that at recess every day. Handball was the shizznit.
