i just got one right now. it's not exactly a cold sore though, just a swollen bump. it's really annoying.

yup, get this, this is for chapped lips and cold sores, i got some for my boyfriend and his cold sore disappered, and he hasn't had any since
just drink more water and as long as u keep that up, they shouldn't come back as often
