Don't get her makeup. Mold your own chocolate. Like get a block of chocolate, boil it and then put it into molds or get her a hoemade gift.

i personally think homemade gifts are kind of tacky...i LOVE big earrings, but only get them if you've seen her wear them before. candy is good, but gift cards (to the mall, her favorite store, the movies, starbucks..) are awesome and she'll get to get whatever she wants so no worries there.

Have one of her friends help you pick out a piece of jewlery.. but don't make it cheap! you can get good stuff for little money..
