I'm not even in high skool yet and they're already rumors about me in my future high skool...dudes are callin me a slut..saying I'm giving some dude head...I'm ugly..and that I'm a horror and everything...this one guy made up one of those rumors cuz I wouldn't go out w/ him and I went out w/ his best friend...I'd say I'm more likely to be called prude than a slut...even ask my friends I juss got my first kiss like a month ago... ...the thing is all these dudes sayin shiet have went out w/ me..went out w/ my friends...or were my boyfriends friends..and it's juss soOo annoyin..I mean I juss want to cuss them out..and I don't want to go to my high skool bcuz of them...they're all juss bein puzzies and I'm juss soOo pissed...I'm sorry juss please post and somebody help me and tell me what to do cuz I don't kno what do to..I juss feel like cryin and yellin at the same time....

I mean, they are rumors, so they aren't true. Just ignore them and live your life. Don't give them the pleasure of seeing you mad, it's not worth it.

i know everyone is giving you advice about ignoring the rumors but sometimes when people say mean, hurtful things it is very hard. but keep your head up and dont take no smack from anyone. if someone comes up to you with that foolishness put their asses in line.

It all matters of what YOU think.

you know how people tell you to ignore? well, it's going to be hard. I wouldn't ignore them, in fact, i would SHOW THEM.
walk around with your friends, when guys ask if you're a slut or whatever, ask them if they see you with any men at the moment or whatever.
tell your friends to support them, and prove those guys wrong.
ignoring them for four entire years will give you a bad image, give your friends a bad image, and you'll be locked up in yourself for a long time.
as for the ugly part--have some guy friends IM those guys and have your guy friends brag to them about how pretty you are. hahaha.

From the first day of high school, I absolutely despised it. I'm not trying to brag, but I played varsity sports, I as involved in a lot of activities, people knew me. But being thrown in the social spotlight does a lot to you. Once you get past trying to please others, you realize that all those people you meet in high school will be forgotten faces once you graduate. Concentrate on your grades, keep shifty eyes and don't let anyone in past arms' legth if you doubt them even for a second.

If you act like you don't care they will get bored and tired and eventually stop. It might seem like they aren't stopping at first but eventually they will. Like other people said, rumors are everywhere.. You can't really avoid them either, they can happen to anyone, no matter how many people like/dislike you.

i agree i had alot of rumers start about me in my school the first day i went to my NEW school and my school dont even have 100 students in it.. kinds frightneng.. but i ignored it and now they're gone, lol

ignore, but don't make up any to backfire them. if it gets to close friends tell them it's not true and try to spread the truth as best as you can.

rumors. ugh. they suck so much, but they happen all the time behind ur bak and u cant change that. ive had several (rather annoying) rumors spread about me (and probably more w/out my knowledge) saying i was going out with my friend (who shall remain nameless) cuz i had started hanging out with him a lot. and another cuz my friend was joking around to sum of her other friends that i was going out with sum1 in my class but she told a bigmouth in our class. id just tell them the truth and it all died away after a few days. -_- soo annoying. anyways, just ignore ignore ignore and wen sum1 asks ya about it, tell 'em the truth. its all u can do. they'll die away soon enough. luck 2 ya! ^_^

i think everyone pretty much said it: ignore them. theyre just rumors. you shouldnt worry about what people say just as long as you know the truth. dont worry about it

Oh. High school is nothing ut rumors! You will have to learn to get used to that. It's either out of jealousy, or just ignorance. Learn to ignore them. there were rumors about my friend going around, and she figured out it was this girl, WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER, who was doing it. anyways lets just say she never came back to school. And most of them stopped. Just ignore them.
