Everything is a rumor which means not true. Anyway I hate this gossiping sh*t especially when it has never came out of her mouth. I watch 106 & park everyday and I don't recall hearing Ciara say anything about being a man. Her voice does't even sound like a man people. Besides Isn't she going with LIL BOW WOW. I guess that means LIL BOW WOW must be gay.

so YES in this case transvestite would be a man because Ciara is a woman. In order for her to be a transvestite, then it would have to be a man dressing and acting like a woman.
